As pictured it is 211 prims with a 42x65 footprint!
removing the decks and porches make it 193 prims and a 30x50 footprint. (This is reduced from 241 prims in the 1.0 version)
Lockable doors and a roaring fireplace make this place cozy and safe. And there are two versions, one with snow/ice and one without. You get BOTH in this package.
