[HE] Incident Command Table/Tent

This includes two items. The first is the IC table which the lid opens and closes when clicked. Two seperate items so the script works.

-Places for Custom logo's and IC Board Custom Texture(included).^^

-The tent is 2 prims, the table is 22 plus or minus 1 prim.
-Fit's any incident command needs

-If i think of anything else, they will be posted here.

-Few items are mesh inside the table.

^^The IC Board texture must be edited yourself, requires very little knowledge to do. Just save it and open in any changeable program and just type in the names and such you want. You can do it in paint if you want.
