Another version of the Financial Tower of SG Series. This apartment have unique glass color with beautiful curved line shape. 2 residence for each floor with one bed room and living room each. 20 residence available. 11th floor total 1st floor with luxury private lobby for residence. 20 x 30 (meter) size.

The overall ouside curb appeal of this building is beautiful. But once you walk through the lobby you quicky start getting the blah feel.
The Elevator is just a teleport pad.....That completely sucks. with a fancy building you can put a real elevator in it. theres no RP in teleporting

The rooms are very small. would have been better as one room per floor so it can really be luxurious

Door textures arent the best but they work outdated.

Prims are not bad for a building this size but are bad since there so much that this building is not.

I guess for the price of 99 L's you get what you pay for...and im glad i purchased it because I was going to purchase the full sim version for 20k and I would have been extreemely pissed if this was the overall quality.

Pricepoint, and outside appeal is all you scored well on inside could be better but the price is right
