This is a reasonably low land impact (32 prims), three storey building for your to live in or rent out. It's made from good, old-fashioned prims: nothing special or high-tech; hence the price. Feel free to break it apart and add stuff in. Beware, however: the prims in this building are very precisely aligned and unlinking them sometimes has the effect of slightly misaligning them (I have no idea why). This will sometimes sort itself out if you relink. Another thing that sometimes seems to work is making a copy of the whole building: right-click the building, select edit, then hold the shift key down whilst you click on the blue arrow and move upwards - a new copy will appear and move above the original; whilst the new copy might still have the misaligned prims, the original should now be fixed (so delete the copy). It's only very slight and you might well not have noticed it had I not brought it to your attention here, but I thought it's best to be open.

I have also included as a bonus (for those who don't know how to do it themselves) a Convex Hull conversion, which brings the LI down to 18. Convex Hull conversions can sometimes behave a little oddly, but this seems to work fine (you can't walk up the inside of the curved walls like you can on the prim version, but that's no great loss) - use at your own risk!

This building does not come with a teleport system - you will have to source one for yourself. I recommend the Auto-Configuring Network Teleporter by Arduenn Schwartzman https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Auto-Configuring-Network-Teleporter/7142083

At the time of writing this, it's on sale for just $L10.

I hope you enjoy your building.
