This item is the Ladderax v2 2 column A. If you are skilled in editing objects you can unlink this item and reposition the two cabinet modules (the shelves are fixed to reduce LI). Be aware that unlinking will increase LI (though if you relink this should go back down again).
If you resize the Ladderax, be aware that - as with all mesh items - the LI might increase.
