Does not work on mesh head..
I have the Mashenka mesh head, all Omega listening scripts are in the content section and the freckles do not work on the head. The Omega applier works for the body, not the head.

Very nice, but....
Very good looking freckles. Love to have freckles on my chest as well. But I use a normal body ( not mesh) and only one shade in it. A little to light for my dark skin.
But I will recommend it for lighter skins.
