For 5 linden and being able to mod this-its a steal. It honestly is. Its easy to drop a texture in and make it how you want it to look. The only thing that bothered me was resizing it. It was tricky to figure out since I had to link/unlink pieces to do it and then relink them. This isn't an issue if you have basic editing skills. And overall this looks good as is. I def recommend this if you need a parking lot and are on a budget this will def do what you need done! Would buy again!

i rezzed dropped it on both sides of my stadium and it looked great. you can not beat the price and it is very pretty and added that something extra i needed for the sim

I got this thinking it was just a texture (guess I was too busy to read carefully) and found when I rezzed it that it was actually a full-sized parking lot - just rez it and put it where you want! It's an elementary build, but pretty well done and well worth the five lindens to save you the work!
