Wood wood wood :) - it's cozy and inviting, isn't it? Even if it gets a bit shabby in the salty air you can always repaint it (it's modify).
It is full mesh and can be stretched if needed but may increase in prim-count if you do that :).
Meant for smaller plots or as a beach shack on a larger sin, at a lake or set more to rent them out.

Pulled this out of inventory recently for a beach sim. It's a great little build weathered by salt and sea.
