This is a standard HORIZONS Holodeck System shell that is visible whenever holodeck scenes are not being used and serves as a platform for you and your guests while choosing scenes. Simply rezz the installer orb near your HORIZONS deck, click the orb, and select to install in HORIZONS. Likewise, you can install the shell as a tool in emDash or in a Novatech TARDIS. It's only eight prims and the sparkling orb post serves as a HORIZONS remote control for your deck. And, the colored prims are constantly changing colors.
