not Modify
description says "Mod" (and does not state the size.
I bought it make it bigger and modify into a nice house. Can't do that.

İts been a loooong time but its not delivered.
İf you sent me again..İ will delete this rewiew and im sure i will place a good one !
This house is not the most functional nor spacious of structures, but it IS very unique and artistic. It would make a cozy little one-room skybox or a great addition to a sci-fi RP set. It would be better if it were copy/mod but for $1L it's worth it. ^_^
