NOT AS DESCRIBED or how the picture looks -see my proof
i got this item before MANY YEARS ago and it was the way it looks in the photo
HOWEVER, the one that was delivered was NOT even as described or as shown in the picture

the top is the one that was descibed (that i got YEARS ago) and had ALOT more buttons and IS customizable...
the bottom one is the new one i am reviewing now that is has little buttons, not even the same look as the picture shows and CANT be modified to have custom messages
