also included is a skybox, I reccomend you get a better one though,

15x23x6 is the size, get the demo or rez a prim with these dimenstions, to see if it fits in your lot.

affordable dormatory
love the house, but 3 stars because the doors are impossible to fix imo, i have a larger avatar and cannot make use of the place without making it bigger, the doors just fly off it's hinges and doesn't want to stay put, also there is no note card in the package.

Aside from the modification limits that the reviewer before me left (so I was aware of them before I bought them), I really can't find anything I don't love about this little cyberpunk apartment. The textures are gorgeous and I just love the rain effect on the windows.
Gorgeous
Looks amazing, with two complaints:
1. The smaller back room (and its tiny "closet," if that matters) is a bit too small. It's a very reasonable size for what it is, but since the SL camera is the way it is, the camera will often end up outside walls.
2. While it's possible to modify the build in several ways (I merged it with another one, for instance), there are some limits. The painting in the main room can't be removed because it's part of the wall. Some walls are stuck together. Things like that.
All that said: it all looks amazing and sets the cyberpunk feeling I wanted perfectly.
Quality Build / Low Prim count
Truly impressive build. I commend the builder's skill in producing such a detailed skybox and not letting prim count soar in doing so. 54 LI makes it perfect for smaller plots like mine.
I have changed my lighting from blue to orange (fiddly but it can be done). Being fully modifiable makes it a dream to tune to your own tastes.
Excellent Build / Great Price
It's been some time since I purchased and used this skybox apartment, but stumbling across it on the MP again, I felt compelled to leave a positive review. The thing I enjoyed most about this apartment is how modifiable it is; I was able to tailor it perfectly to my needs while maintaining the overall look.
You can't beat the price for this level of quality!
