Stairs are mod.

The Stairs are 20 LI, which is a fair bit, but typical for super thin mesh.

To keep the LI there, I have uploaded with box physics. To use the stairs as stairs, you'll have to keep them phantom and rezz a "physics" invisible prim.

Since it is cast iron, I don't texture, the texture would be lost... But if you want to texture none the less, I can provide UVs.
