This is a decent hair for low cost.... BUT, read on if you're looking to mod.
This came up when I searched for mesh hair, which means this product is search tagged as mesh. It is not mesh. It is sculpted prim with flexi prims.
This product states in the permissions allowed that it is moddable. It is not. No part of the hair is moddable, not the prims or scripts. This is important to note because resize scripts can be heavy on sim resources and since you cannot mod the hair, you also cannot remove the scripts.

Fantastic scene-girl hair

if this were material enable omg, this hair is amazing and only 20l, resizer working fine and its unrigged so I can put it where i want :P. if this were modable i could give 20 stars to this cheap hair. holy crap, and noone its buying it.
