Lovely little cottage. This home is just right for many smaller parcels. Also you may notice that its not built to house giants....though taller Av's can of course live in it also! Small in scale but big in charm the house has high quality textures, scripted door, fire place and smoke particles. Climbing roses on the front of the home add a touch of green and a simple loft within accessed by a climbing ladder give this a cozy happy feel. Simply touch the match box to light the fire and touch the flames to put it out. Though the build says no mod you should be able to mod it and copy it. Please contact me if you have any questions.
