This is an entirely sculpted ghost sitting in a sculpted chair. There are no silly looking alpha textures involved here. This gives a very nice 3-D effect from any viewing angle. Click the chair to turn the fog effect on/off. The ghost is temporary so the prims don't count against you and the total usage is only 2 prims.

When rezzing the chair, it will take up to one minute for the ghost to appear for the first time. Its a bit shy...
