Welcome to the horror factory - house of pain.
This is a Halloween story about a mad scientist that has taken up residency in a abandoned factory, where he conducts cruel experiments on people in order to further his research about eternal life.
He cares little the suffering of others and is willing to go to any extent in order to find immortality for himself.
As you walk through the factory you will discover books that tell the story and explain what you see in the different rooms.
For those of you that are sensitive I must warn you!
This is not for the faint of heart as you will encounter zombies, the mentally ill, traps and creatures of the night.
Each room contains its own problem that you must solve in order to move on, and if you make it to the end there is a photo booth where you can take snapshots to show your friends.
All of this comes in a 64 x 64 m foot print.
Each room is decorated and loaded with surprises that will entertain most people.
The total land impact is only 725.
All of it is 100% mesh.
IMPORTANT:
--------------------
1.) When you rez this building, make sure that you are at least 30 meters away from the rez box during the rezzing process.
The reason for this is that many of the items are collision triggered to minimize in the lag, so if you are standing nearby the rez box you might collide with those objects and trigger them in the wrong location.
2.) When the Factory is rezzed press "Enter Button" on the Keypad downstairs & the "Green Switch" on the switch panel upstairs BEFORE entering in the code the first time.
(This sends the pre-programmed code to the doors after the building is rezzed.)
If you have any problems please contact Iga Clawtooth with a notecard.
Enjoy!

JUST KEEPS GETTING BETTER!
I didn't think they could top the Haunted Mercier Mansion but they did! This build has everything for the horror afficionado: zombies, spiders, cockroaches, blood--lots of blood--monsters...you name it! Nineteen rooms of horror that they make you work for by finding hidden passwords. Lots of bang for your buck. Well worth what they're asking for it. Amazing building with an amazing story and brilliant building/scripting. Lots of time went into making this one, no doubt! Love it!
