This is a detailed rendering of Halloween Town, as seen in "Nightmare Before Christmas". This is intended for parties, clubbing, or general atmosphere.
This is a "Build Your Own" kit. contains the town, and pumpkin hill.
The build will generaly take up almost half a sim if fully used, be sure you have enough space!
Takes up less than 400 prims.
This kit was used to make the "Horizons" scene from Novatech - https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/HORIZONS-Scene-Halloween-Town/1500502
There is a demo at the Novatech shop. - http://slurl.com/secondlife/Gallifrey/128/89/58

Impressive Halloween Town Build
I bought this for 500L on 10/28/14.
I want to be honest here, this has been built using simple prims and limited sculpts. It's simply textured and largely unlinked. The description says it's under 400 prims. It's even under the 281 listed for the HORIZONS version (https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/HORIZONS-Scene-Halloween-Town/1500502).
The build is "Huge" - make no mistake. the "bridge" linking Lament hill and the graveyard is 30 by 50 meters alone. While this should factor in, the build does fit on 1/2 a sim - it's longer than wide which is a plus.
It's Mod - which means that someone doing some careful convexing can shave prim counts off this baby. Some experimenting shaved it to just over 200 prims, and I am sure are more careful look would drop this further. Also replacing the multi prim grave stones with mesh would take off even more, if you had the pieces already.
Overall it's simply textured, not quite burton-istic as one might desire, but it does impress as it is, particularly as it's obviously an older build using prim twisting and a few sculpts to get the job done. Someone could eventually come along and do mesh versions of these buildings and this setup (pieces are already being sold that would fit) but I have to hand it to this company for doing a great job showing what older building methods are able to do.
My one criticism is related to the fact that this build has tons of unlined pieces. Once rezzed it's nearly impossible to move if you don't rezz it in build mode. While it's not like the moving castle build put up by someone else (which was totally unlinked), do be aware that unless you know how to link prims or grab more then one thing at a time this will be a nightmare to pickup.
I'm leaving a well deserved 5 star review, I totally am impressed with the build. I wish it were full perm, or at least included textures used (or one could get the sculpt for lament hill, full perm) but that doesn't detract from the value.
