Customer Service is Immaculate
This review is to express my gratitude of the customer service recieved from Lilith. I'm not saying the products aren't great because they are. I have made 4 purchased from this creator and always satified w/my purchase.
First of all, one of my purchases from MarketStreet stated the item was delivered but it wasn't. I IM'd Lilith and she was more than accommodating.
Secondly, I made this purchase of the hammock ( i purchased two)...it was delivered, but inadventently "muted" instead of "keep" losing my two purchases. I just knew I wouldnt be able to recover these items. I again IM'd Lilith thinking she would think I was either a scammer or an idiot...how does this happen twice. She again was very friendly, most of all didnt call me an idiot. she replaced the items and sent me a gift.....YAY AND STUFF!!!!!
