The house itself and the bay area by the house is protected by a flood gate.
The house is situated direct at the Linden Road #7 and at the waterfront and has a own garden area at the
house and one step and you are mid in the Hanaji Marina.
As all our houses, it comes with a high level security system, which our tenants can control by themselves. Ask us, when it is new for you, and we show you, how easy the usage is.
Regular price is 550 L$ per week and includes 450 prims for your own usage.
For a small fee you can rent up to additional 100 prims.
Ask for special rates. First discounts we offer are for four week continuous renting. Always ask for them!

New sunsail like protection available at the balcony so you can admire in the shadow the view over the bay and
marina and as always under your control to use it or not.
February 2017:
Now with a new fireplace, nautical working table and a kitchen.
April 2018:
Fully rebuild new garden and beach area.
