Here is a script that you can simply wear on your hands or drop the script into any of your own creations or any that you have the permissions to do so (hand items ideally).
The object that you drop this script into should be attached to your Avatar.
*You must place a script in both hands to get dual effects.
*The example object provided attaches to one hand if worn out of the box and is just an example. You should make a copy and wear the copy on your other hand if you want both hands to have Hand FX.
*The script that is provided is FULL PERM.
*You may drop this script into your own creations and sell it and you may use it for anything you want personally.
*You may not sell this script by itself or in a script package.
Instructions:
First drop your item on the ground, then drop this script in the contents, then take it to inventory, and then wear it.

It works.
At first the script did not work. I then reset the script, put the script in my own prim. Added it and still the script did not work. Soo i tried the good old..relog. Came back to the hand object and my new prim working just fine.
