This is a VKC Toy System 2 item. The dogs actually carry the toys in their mouths. No more toys following well behind the dogs! This toy is designed to work with the VKC Dogs created after 2010 (see http://www.virtualkennelclub.com/creation#chronology). Plus, the toys are backwards compatible with the old system of following toys, so any VKC Dog can play with this toy.

Excellent Toy!
I am very happy to get the new version of this toy (for VKC Toy System 2). The toy is as well modelled as ever and my dogs love it!
real improvement
This new toy handling system is a real improvement. Now my dog actually carries the toy as he moves. Yay!
