This is the perfect add-on for a newbie or alt avatar to give them some fun and useful options on their Second Life default avatar, and I wear one all the time with several top-rated mesh bodies too!

This is the PRE-Bento Head Hands item (Smile, Hands).

You: Wear the SL Default Avatar as a HUMAN. If you mostly/always wear a non-human "avatar" - e.g. a Tumbleweed - over the top of the SL Default Avatar head/body, then unexpected or no results can occur.

You: Want your hands SPLAY to be fixed pretty quickly when it happens. How awful! Wear this and click the clear animations button to get back your hand pose(s).

You: Cannot stand the hands don't move at all -- at A L L oh my. This uses old-school pre-bento animations to move wrist and hand-pose, one or both hands, using combinations of three hand buttons. Committing to a very old-tech avatar head and body is very limiting - we can only do so much now with it. But this gives you some options you may like better than "Stiffy-stiff-stiff" :)

You: Want to know what seller made that outfit that the avi standing near you at a shop is wearing, so you can search for it, and quick. Use the "Want It" button then look at chat.

You: Those blasted ankles get all whack. Click the Ankle Lock button to reset your ankles fast.

You: This includes an always-on random smile. No, really, mathematically random seconds pass before the next smile, not just a 30 second freak-a-zoid-ish looping of a smile every 30 seconds! It is meager, infrequent, subtle, only enough to make you feel like your old-school avatar has some "happy" still goin on! Otherwise, it seems just like an egg bobbing around on top of a stick to me LOL. Again, cannot turn it off, but if you find you prefer the smile removed altogether on it, just shoot me an IM and I will send you an edited version with just that removed.

QA 061825 Mentions: This works for both Female and Male SL Default avatars. This AD is the full version. I have now added a separate MINIMIZED version with fewer buttons and the dance and "Want It!" shop buttons removed. QA 110424 Mentions: If you are a new user, and you have selected and are wearing the full BITSY default avatar, the jacket has a high priority animation to freeze the arms and hands inside it. If you want your hands to move with MY hud (more than you want the jacket on), just remove the Jacket (and its alpha/shoulders) by right-click-Detach) > look at your chat and click my HUD hands buttons again until chat reports they are ON>see your hands move a bit. HUD is not broken, its just some SL animations have priority. Its your choice: Wear jacket (it's nice!), or move hands :)

QA August 2023 Mentions: Works great for: System Default Avatars (found from top menu AVATAR > CHOOSE AN AVATAR in Firestorm Viewer) all functions work. If you use the New User Experience (NUX) "Senra" Mesh Bento Etc. Avatars, (found from your SL Inventory LIBRARY > SENRA folder) this is a mesh bento avi so the hands will work similar to all other mesh avis hands: It will still twist or tilt left, right, or both wrists just enough to make your hands "less rigid" and more in tune to real body movement. Other Mesh-hand Avatars such as Slink, Maitreya, etc. will work similar to the SENRA avatars: Wrist pivots, still an interesting add-on I run it all the time, for just left, just right, or both wrists. Why sometimes only one? I drink a lot of coffee, and yah, I don't want that wrist a tilting and twisting when I have a cup in my hand! So I like choosing one or both wrists. In all cases, the ankle lock, dances etc work great for all, and this is a very inexpensive and useful add-on still for new SL residents or alt-avis. The "Want It" button continues to be useful to me, using a mesh avi for years, when I shop and see a hair or clothes on another avi around me that I want to know what to search the SL Marketplace for! With Avatar Nametags turned on, I can just click the button > type username and [Submit] button, and look at Nearby Chat! ~Key
