I have built a hanging sign that you can use to advertise your business, property, land or just for fun with your photo on it. Both sides can be textured as shown in the photograph. Just drop your photo/texture in the middle of the frame directly over the top of mine. Change it up as often as you like. I have given this to a few of my friends for house warming gifts, they just loved it.

Excellent Item and I'm Very Greatful For It
If you're looking for a simple sign, with plenty of ways to modify it to suit you, at a great price - this is a solid option. I am not a builder. I've spent years waiting for a computer that would let me mod things in SL quickly and simply without dragging so badly I want to scream, and I finally have one. So this is one of my first attempts to mod a piece like this. I changed the texture of the board to match something I found online (needed a cupcake meme), and since I was putting this outside of my Linden home, I took textures from the neighborhood hub and modified all the bits (hint, Edit Linked checkbox in Firestorm lets you scroll through the linked parts), so the wood of the top rail and frame matched the wood on my house, and the standing column matched some of the stone. I also put the blue wall color on the hooks, to make them less brassy and formal looking. Then I found that I had a great little ledge by my built-in flower boxes that the lower section of this pole fit perfectly into, making it look built-in too. Here are some screenshots of the final install.

Not a big project, but I admit I'm rather proud of myself. And I'm glad the task gave me something highly useful and didn't cost much. Thanks again to the creator for providing a well constructed item at a really reasonable price.
Thank you.
Should have bought this one the first time around. I bought one for $L100 that was terrible and couldn't texture by select face.
Thanks a bunch for this :)
