Happy Daze, is your prefect beach home, keep it as it is or you can also remodel it to your liking. with the windows open it fits a 24x 20 Foot print, each window is controlled by a button mounted on the front wall, 84 prims when you save and take the Rez box back, i suggest leave the rez box under the stairs for easy De-Rezing, If you have any Issues feel free to contact me.
