Happy Rezday is a script that enables you to celebrate your friends' rez days automatically. It is supplied in a cake available from Siss Monday's MP store at https://marketplace.secondlife.com/stores/70502, where others can be found, and the script and data notecard can be transferred to any object of your choice. Whenever data is added, the script will display the cake with editable header message and names below on the rez days of those named. On other days the cake will be invisible.
The cake has copy & mod permission; the script has copy permission.
