Go to a FULL sized sim and rezz it in the exact middle of the sim.
OR drag the object called "Playground" into the Horizons rez pad contents and it will load up automatically and appear in your Horizons rezzer menu.
Click on many of the toys and playground equipment to get things, have fun, slide, etc....
