Each set of Hard Up pants comes with a single color HUD.
The HUD included with this set has a luminescence slider to allow for almost any level of "greyscale", i.e. black, white, grey, etc. for the pants & pockets. The straps can be made black, white or grey, and the metal parts can be made silver/grey, black or copper.
Additional color HUDs are/will be available on our Marketplace, so that getting another color doesn't mean buying another set of pants at full price.

SLink Redux body users will need to wear the "Hard Up Pants ALPHA".
The SLink Classic body is not supported, as the pants were rigged for Redux, and discrepancies between the two do not allow the pants to be worn without clipping that cannot be fixed using the SLink HUD.
All other supported body users should be fine without the Alpha.
In order to keep script lag as low as possible, the pants are "asleep" until touched.
Once "awake" they will remain awake so long as you have a color hud attached or rezzed nearby.
Alternately, included in each package are copies of the pants labeled "touch-free", these have a modified script in them that does not go to sleep, ever.
