To get ambiances to match the sky textures, like in my pictures, you could change your Sky settings in your Second Life viewer. Here's how to do this:

World -> Environment Editor -> Environment Settings
Take the dot out of "Always use Parcel/region settings".
Click Customize my environment, then click "Fixed sky".
Choose between those settings in the options bar.

It should be showing Sky Presets: Then click on the options bar.
I recommend Nams optimal Skin and Prim settings.

Cant rez anything in the building you get this message This area has building disabled. You can't build or rez objects here. Other than that its beautiful. Shame you cant rez your stuff in it...

Failed to mention it is over 200 prim. very nice though got to admit that but if your low on prim, this might not be for you.
Promo Priced
I got mine at the promo price of L$100, came back to give review and grab the link for a friend. The price went to L$349.
I have set this up and I can assure you that its worth every linden, even at L$349. Hell, its worth even more than that. This is EXACTLY what I wanted and there are linked parts that you can move around so that your dome isn't exactly like anyone else's.
