Harm's Way Phoenix Boots texture change
The Phoenix boots come in 5 rigged mesh sizes. Also included is non rigged mesh version and can be custom sized.
With the rigged mesh boots just wear the included texture change HUD to switch textures. Hit the resync button on the hud if you change sizes, to sync it to the current pair you are wearing. The hud also works on the non rigged boots, but you may also access the menu by touching them to bring up the pop up menu and this is how you change the size on them as well.
Alpha layer included and fully mod alpha texture in case you need to tweak it.
