My wife bought this avatar for me as a gift. It's a well made avatar no problems with it the details are very nice.
I was silly enough to make unnecessary changes to the shape and didn't make a copy of the original first. Wife wasn't happy so i contacted the maker to see if i could get the numbers so i could correct my mistake and he was fantastic. Responded immediately and just sent a new shape out.
Awesome customer service.
