Includes a Texture Change HUD that can be worn or rezzed and used by the owner only. With 8 material faces and mod/copy perms you can rez as many as you want and color them all differently. Great for rentals or events!
Windows tint with HUD and the rest through edit mode. Create lots of color options playing with the different base colors and tinting. HUD includes 4 base colors, Pink, Cream, Blue, White
Great for rentals or events. We currently do not have a location where you can see it inworld, but there is a demo available that includes both a full size and a miniature version.

I use this build for my small inworld store, and it's just perfect! I love the colors and low land impact. Would love to see a 2-story version of this building, that would be amazing! :)
