Haven Boathouse (Weathered) v1.1

Thank you for looking at the Haven Boathouse.
By design it has a realistic worn feel about it and would look at home in most seaside themed sims.
It can house a medium sized boat and would work well for a role play group. It has a good sized living space above.
(Boat shown in pictures not included)

The doors operate by walking into them or clicking on them.
There is a pot bellied stove inside that you can reposition to suit your taste.

The land impact is 97 and its footprint is 13m x 22m.

We have included a detachable base to sink into the ground/water, this adds 12 prims to the building.
