The Hawthorne Cottage also has a vaulted ceiling over the living room area with double doors leading out onto the back deck. The footprint of the home is 30x30 and will fit on almost any sized land and for such high detail it still only has 305 prims including doors in place for each room.
The Hawthorne Cottage comes in an auto-rezzing box for easy setup. Merely drop the box on the ground where you want the center of the house to be and left click on the box once. A drop-down menu will appear int he corner of your screen and choose rez. Once the house is is rezzed, you can move or rotate the box to how you want the house to sit and it will move the house for you. No more frustration of having to highlight individual sections of a house to move or unrez the home.
