This is a "card counter" for playing the popular fencing game in Second Life.

It works with both HaxWorx and older pistes.

both a HUD and a rez version are included. The rez version will automatically move and rotate itself in position if rezzed on a piste's center tile, once, after which you can manually move it as desired.

The HUD version is made without the use of mesh because meshes in HUDs have problems in some viewers.

The card counter shows, automatically, which cards have been played in this round so you don't have to memorize it.

Opinions can differ on the use of a card counter. In Second Life, it's widely done and accepted, but some may oppose it. If unsure, it would be a good idea to say you are using a counter.

If you wear or rez or reset the counter while a round is already ongoing, any moves played earlier are not included in the displayed count, so the count can be off.

The counter does not work if the piste's "chat" (saying moves) is disabled.

Technical features:
- 1 land impact for the rezzed version
- updates with the game fast (no delay/slowness)
- 1 script, low lag design, efficient low lag usage of textures is friendly on busy sims.
- Copy so can rez on multiple pistes
- Mod perm (script is no-mod)

This product comes with lifetime free updates.

Two rezzed versions are included: one with a black background (non-alpha), and one with a background texture you can change (by editing) and a transparent font overlaying it.
The counter script will set the transparent font if the counter's object description contains the word "custom".

I like this one because it comes with both the rezzable version and the HUD. I wear the HUD because it is so much easier to see. Both keep quick counts on the cards and aren't distracting with different colors and patterns.
