[HeZ] Attack Bat Generator - Halloween Decoration

These are particle bats that swarm around the emitter prim, waiting for an avatar to walk within their reach.

Any avatar who comes within 20m of the circling bat swarm will find themselves under attack by the bats, who will now target the intruder, until they leave the 20m radius.
