RiotVend is a single-item vendor that changes the price of the item in the vendor based on how many people are near it. All of the options, from price, to number of people required to activate the best price, are completely notecard configurable. RiotVend will broadcast merchant-configured phrases to let customers know that more people will cause the price to drop.
