Heart Bracelet.
Once you have the Heart Bracelet in your inventory, just add, it will attach to Right Forearm.
Unrigged, so if you mess attachment, keep in mind that bone, or, if you want to change hand, you can use "Left Forearm":
A resizer script may not help to fit this bracelet, so you can use the classic way by moving arrows (X,Y,Z) and stretching handle in "edit" mode (click on ring>edit>Object Tab>Position & Size).
