Thank you for purchasing HeatherD’s collection of female avatar faces. Obviously these faces are attached to a body, but all the bodies here are identical. In effect they are one and the same sexy body optimized to look best with the “The Mesh Project (TMP)” mesh avatar.
If you are a person who uses the TMP face, you will not need this package. However, the TMP face is not rigged meaning that the sliders in the Shape Editing Window will have no effect. The only customization available is through the use of various skins, makeup, and tattoo layers. To have full control of the shape of the head, eyes, lips, jaw line, etc, the base avatar head and face is displayed in place of the TMP head. If this is how you play the game, then this set of 13 faces is a great package from which to further define your look. Pick the face closest to how you see yourself, and then adjust to the sliders to hone in on details. Whenever you make a change, always use the command save as with a new file name version number.
Note, this collection is not a complete avatar. The Mesh Project avatar, along with skins, hair, and makeup are all supplied by other venders. Having said all this, these faces and the body will be useful on the standard SecondLife avatar. If used with other mesh avatars, the results will vary dependent on that mesh’s base shape and response rate to slider positions settings.
Merging Head and Body
To merge your previous body shape with your new head shape, you will manually have to input the slider setting you want to use. There are less sliders controlling body shape so I recommend inputting the setting of the body you like, into a copy of the file with the head shape you like. More detailed instructions are in the note along with this package.
