HUD doesn't work.
Creator never, ever - 100% of the time - gets back to me about issues.
The HUD doesn't change all parts of this - (the heart and the zipper tab above it) - and reaching out to the alleged creator remedies nothing.

Cute shoes at a great price with a nice HUD to color each part separately. I had a fit issue with another pair, and Von was so lovely, understanding and helpful. Can't go wrong with this store. ♡
