Version 1.02
-Build is inside a buildbox
-Box now unpacks itself
-Doors are separate from the build allowing end-users to either keep or remove them
-Build is now Mod/Copy
(It comes saying no mod because of the scripts in the doors)

-Heli Tower has a footprint of 14x14 and is only 36 prim/land impact.
-Commerical GenTek doors allow you to set them to Owner, Group, or Public access.
-Helipad on the roof has plenty of space to land a H/S-92 (not included).
-You can use the stairs to go up to the top or to the bottom floor.
