Heliamphora glabra (Akopan-tepui)-Gran Sabana
1 Prim tropical plant. No copy/modify.
The Gran Sabana, also known as Guianan savannah, is a region located in southeastern Venezuela.
The location offers one of the most unusual landscapes in the world, with rivers, waterfalls and gorges, deep and vast valleys, impenetrable jungles and savannahs that host large numbers and varieties of plant species, a diverse fauna and the plateaus better known as "tepuis." In this area of Gran Sabana, Angel's Fall is located, the world's highest uninterrupted waterfall, with a height of 979 m (3,212 ft) and a plunge of 807 m (2,648 ft).
Here I offer you Heliamphora glabra from Akpopan-tepui of Gran Sabana. This is a rare and carnivorous plant. This plant can be seen in large patchs mixed with grass all over the tabletop mountain.
