Installation :
Just rezz the (rezzer) in the center of your parcel (a 4096 sqm minimum ideally) click it and select build, then when its done you could move or rotate the tower by moving or rotate the rezzer if you need so. (i strongly recommend that you move slightly the rezzer after build is rezzed, doing that will fix any part that didn't rezz well) .
When your satisfy with the position, to lock it in place click the box and select done, doing that will remove position scripts in the build so you will no longer be able to move it with the rezzer.
