The Main structure (Center) can be put down by itself or with the expansion rooms. You can use to have all expansions, or just select the rooms your want up. There is also a Pre aligned *All together set included.
Dimensions and Prim Counts
All Together 106.5x92 M (Should fit a quarter sim aka 128x128 Plot) / 169 Prim
Main Structure 64x55 M (Should fit a sixteenth sim aka 64 x 64 plot) / 70 Prims
Expansion Rooms (Entry Way, Bar, Bonus Room) 37x32 M/ 33 Prim each (3 of the prims that make up the bar a not linked, to the structure, and are set to phantom)
Positioning/Editing
It is best to have have your build tool open before rezzing so that all parts remain aligned and selected together. Do not link the Bar to the expansion room its in! its set to phantom for a reason!!!! You won't be able to stand inside the bar area if you do!
You can recolor pretty much using your build tool, but not, if you try drag copying the animated hexagons they will break. They don't contain a script inside to animate them to help reduce script counts they were removed. The animation continues to play. If you need or want more hexagons, Delink, and right click > more> take copy!
