This is a SMART AVATAR TRACKER & LOCATOR informs you about the online status of an avatar on the grid. You don't need the avatar to be on your friend list, and you can see the online status even if the avatar has hided it to non friends.
It Tracker if the avatar is in the same parcel and let you know.

HOWTO USE?
Rez the object and enter the name of the avatar you want to track (not display name), optional enter the email address you you want to receive daily reports. That's all it start working. To see online status of the avatar touch the object and in the menu it will show the current status.

I Wanted to Like this app. I really did. Unfortunately it was a Total Bust.
For starters its a actual Picture and Not a Frame like it says. Minor gripe.
And I suppose I should have read the description or interrupted it better.
BUT after working with it for about a half hour I realized it tracks only ONE avatar. Just 1.
Just WoW....
I Suppose it might have its usefulness to someone But to me it's Useless because I want to track more then one person and to do so with This App Requires a picture for Every Person you want to track.
The Seller really should make it Clear in the description it only tracks ONE Avatar..........
For Me, a waste of 50 Lindens.
I give it ONE Star ;-) It seems to work. If I had been able to add/remove mutilple names to it I would have give it FOUR Stars...
As to the other review. This app is using UTC time.
s ok to track the time and day they log in but BUT !!! THE TIME .....NOT CORRECT
