Nearly a 5 star product
The good points of this product are:
It's modifiable, I could remove some of the foliage to make room for my visitors
& to lessen a few prims.
I like the usable hut & deck.
thank goodness the sand is walkable.
the sound of the water crashing the seagulls provides a nice ambiance to the set.
The flaws I noticed (a few other people noticed):
The water is not actually flat or low enough when you look at it
straight-on...it looks like it's above the level of the sand, quite strange.
That should be corrected & released as an update for this.
By far the best build i have seen in a long time very impressed 5/5 for me all the way
