This comes in a buildbox that will allow you to easily move it. After you rez and move your tower, click to finalize it. Once you finalize the build, the elevator will then complete its setup.

Wonderful, Versatile Building
I recently purchase this building for my corporate role play in an active crime RP sim and I find it to be excellent an excellent value and a wonderful option.
