Fully furnished 4-story building with an open club at the bottom, huge SPA at the 2nd level, cuddle room at the 3rd and an apt room. All of the furniture are menu driven from platform bed, cuddle chair, spa towel and multi-pose pile of pillows (also menu driven) All of the rooms come with an elevator. This would look awesome in a night urban scene. Have fun with it.
