Highwood Lake Cabin(35LI, 18x12)

Highwood Lake Cabin is, as the name suggests, a wooden house on water... on the lake, river or sea. Of course, it can also be placed on land. It's a house on high stilts, so you can also make use of the area beneath the house for storing your boat if you're on water.

It's also a double-storey house with a verandah. Inside is all open concept with floor to ceiling windows for the feeling of spaciousness. I also did it to cut down on the land impact:)
Highwood Lake Cabin is only 35LI and has an 18x12 base area. It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED. The furnitures in the pictures are mostly from Bazar and the speedboat is a freebie on the marketplace.
