It is non-mesh based but low prims & no shadow textured home. Non-furnished. Extended version.
There are 4 items in the pack:
(1) balcony extend - 35m x 24m, 31 land impact
(2) without balcony - 20m x 24m, 22 land impact
(3) without door - 35m x 24m, 26 land impact
(4) standard full version - 27m x 24m, 28 land impact
You can modify it after you placed the house on your land or platform. Only copy and modify permission.
Sliding doors are not linked with the house, so be aware when you edit the position of the house.
